Some parts of the Charly men suede boots, such as the toe, heel or sides, are deliberately darkened by hand using a wool brush. This final step is used to revive the suede leather and give it a more rustic appearance.

Thanks to a special treatment which makes them water-repellent and therefore resistant to light rain, the Charly suede leather Chelsea boots are easy to maintain.
