Welcome to our Frequently Asked Questions! Here we've put together answers to the most frequently asked questions to help you better understand our services and make your experience easier. Whether you're looking for information about our products and policies, or have a practical question, this page is designed to provide you with all the information you need.

MY ACCOUNT

To create your Oodoo account, simply click on the "Account" tab located at the top right of the homepage, or in the menu if you are using a mobile. Then fill in the required information and validate. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your account is activated.

PRE-ORDERS & ORDERS

Our pre-order model is based on production exclusively based on the orders received. This allows us to minimize waste and guarantee custom manufacturing. As a result, a waiting period is to be expected. Please allow approximately two months before receiving your package.

For standard orders (concerning items in stock and immediately available), the delivery time is generally 8 to 10 working days.

Your pre-order or order is officially validated when it is visible in your customer area, under the "My Account" section. You will also receive a confirmation email containing the details of your order, as well as its reference number.

You have 14 days from the payment date to cancel your pre-order. After this period, it will be confirmed and taken into account. For a standard order, the cancellation period is 5 days after the payment date.

In both cases, please contact our customer service at hello@oodoo-boots.com or via the contact form. Our team will take care of your request and assist you in the refund process.


If you would like to modify the model, version or size of your order, please contact our customer service by email at hello@oodoo-boots.com, or via the contact form, indicating your order number.

Please note that if your package has already been shipped, it will be necessary to return the product.

PRODUCTS AND SIZES

Most of our models are unisex. However, the men's and women's lasts are quite distinct. There is a 5 mm difference between each of the 2 perimeters.

Here you will find a measuring chart to take your shoe size correctly. We are also at your disposal at hello@oodoo-boots.com for further advice on this subject.


To determine your belt size, take one of your belts. Measure the distance between the inside corner of the buckle and the last hole of the belt. This will give you the exact measurement.

DELIVERY / TRANSPORT

Your package will be shipped by our international freight forwarder UPS or FEDEX. You will receive a notification from them with the tracking number when it is ready to be shipped. Allow between 3 and 4 days to receive your package.

For the following countries: France, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Sweden, the rate varies between 17.82 euros and 18.56 euros.


For the following countries: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, the rate varies from 26.03 euros to 28.02 euros.


Rates for England, the United States, Canada, Switzerland, Norway, Leichtenstein, vary between 17.82 and 25.63 euros.


*For any order to the above mentioned countries over 300 euros, delivery is free.


Shipping costs to Saudi Arabia, China, South Korea, Japan, Russia, Turkey, Australia, India vary from 64.96 euros to 70.86 euros.


*For any order to the above mentioned countries over 400 euros, delivery is free.


For pre-orders, the delivery time is 6 to 8 weeks after validation of your order. For classic orders, allow 8 to 10 days.

To change your delivery address, please go to My Account to enter a new address, or contact us at hello@oodoo-boots.com if you have already placed an order.

If your parcel is registered as delivered but you haven't received it, first check with the carrier (as indicated in the email notification) to confirm if it has been left in a nearby location. If you are unable to locate the parcel, please contact us at hello@oodoo-boots.com. Our team will be happy to assist you.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

In order to exchange one or more items, please notify us of your request by email at hello@oodoo-boots.com within 14 days of the receipt. We will take care of the return and shipment costs of the exchanged item(s).

Please note that, due to the lack of stock, the manufacturing time for a new pair is 6 to 8 weeks, except in the case of production of pre-orders in progress. If we cannot remanufacture the item due to the unavailability of raw materials or for any other reason, we will proceed with a refund.

100% artisanal manufacturing also means the possibility of encountering small hiccups, despite very rigorous control. If you encounter a problem, please contact our customer service at the following address: hello@oodoo-boots.com.

Our transport box is entirely eco-responsible and FFC certified. Made of sturdy kraft, it is designed to protect your boots effectively. You can keep it to store your shoes safely or, in the event of a return, send your item back to us in the same box.

Give us about two weeks to manage your exchange between the time of collecting the package, preparing the exchange and returning the package. If it takes a little while, contact us at hello@oodoo-boots.com.

MANUFACTURING, QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENT

All our shoes, as well as our leather goods, are made in Alicante, Spain, recognized as the capital of footwear. We favor local production by collaborating directly with the last makers, component suppliers and manufacturers, all based locally. This approach allows us to reduce travel and optimize our efficiency.

We have almost achieved 100% local production, as our upcycled tire soles come from a Spanish supplier. However, for leathers, we have expanded our search to French and Italian artisans, as they offer the best Nappa, vegetable tanned leathers, Box and suede leathers available. These leathers are essential to guarantee the exceptional quality of our boots. In addition, all the leathers we use come from LWG certified tanneries, an ethical label guaranteeing quality and sustainability.


Our main asset is our proximity to our manufacturers and suppliers, which allows us to manage each step of the process, from A to Z, with total control.

Aware of the challenges this represents, we do everything possible to reduce our energy consumption. We recover tires to manufacture our soles, thus avoiding waste and the use of non-recycled raw materials. In addition, our business model based on pre-orders is advantageous, as it allows us to avoid manufacturing and managing unnecessary stocks. Finally, we use leathers from LWG-certified tanneries, guaranteeing quality and durability.
