How do I create an account ?

To create your Oodoo account, just click on the ‘My Account’ area at the top right of the home page, or on the menu from your mobile. Enter the requested information and all you have to do is confirm. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your account is created.

How do I confirm my pre-order ?

Your pre-order is approved when it appears in your 'My account' customer area. You'll receive an mail with your order number.

What if my pre-order is late ?

This can happen and if it's from us, our teams will have informed you beforehand by email. If they haven't, contact us at and we'll help you look for it.

My package is registered as delivered but I haven't received anything

There's no trace of your parcel, even though it's supposed to have been delivered to the specified address. First make sure it hasn't been dropped off at a nearby location. If it hasn't, contact us at, and our teams will direct you.

I want to group together my orders

If the delivery dates are more or less the same, no problem! In any case, if you want more information, contact our customer service team at

What is my order status ?

Our delivery dates vary between 6 and 8 weeks ideally. You can contact our Customer Service team by email at or through whatsapp +33 757 69 01 51 to be kept informed about the satus of your order. 

I want to change the delivery address

A few days before your order is due to leave our production site, you'll receive an email and you can make the change if necessary. Otherwise, go to your customer area to enter a new delivery address.

What are the delivery times ?

It takes between 6 and 8 weeks after confirmation of your order.

How does the pre-order work ?

Our pre-order principle means we only produce what's ordered. Zero stock, zero waste and zero middleman mean you get an unbeatable price. We only start production when the sales period is over.

Of course, all this means you have to be patient! It takes around three months to receive your package. Nothing is too good for Oodoo boots!

I want to change my order

Do you want to change the model, version or size? No problem, you can do it until the end of the sales period. Simply contact our customer service team by email at with your order number to hand.

Please note that if the package is already on its way, you’ll have to return the product.

I want to cancel my order

Delivery method

Your parcel will be sent by our international forwarding agent, MBE. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. And when your package is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

What is the status of my order ?

Shipping costs

We deliver at a rate of 15 euros to the following countries: France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland and Sweden. For the UK, the United States or Canada, it's 19 euros. Shipments to Saudi Arabia, China, South Korea, Japan, Russia, Turkey, Australia cost 47 euros. For all orders over 300 euros, delivery is free.

I want my money back

Your purchase is not what you were expecting and you want a refund. Please note that you have 14 days after receipt of your order to return your item(s) for a refund, and it takes around 14 days to receive the refund (which will be made via the payment method chosen for your order). You'll receive an email when the refund has been processed. Stained, worn or damaged items cannot be returned.

My product has a defect, what should I do ?

With 100% handcrafted production, you may also encounter minor flaws, despite our extremely rigorous checks. If this is the case, please contact our customer service team at 

I want to exchange my item(s)

The model, colour or size aren't what you expected. Don't worry, you have 14 days from receipt to tell us by mail at and send the item(s) back to us. You can return your item(s) to us free of charge, and we'll also take care of returning your new item(s). Please note that as we don't have any stock, it takes us around 15 days to make a new pair. In case we can't make a new pair due to lack of materials or other reasons, we'll give you a refund. 

How do I return my item(s)

Our shipping box is 100% eco-friendly and FSC-certified. Made of solid kraft, you can keep it to store your boots in or, in the case of a return, send us your item(s) in the same box. A double sealing system made of adhesive strips has been provided for this purpose.

What's the status of my exchange ?

You can track your return in your 'My Account' area. Give us a couple of weeks to process your exchange. If it's taking a while, contact us at

At Oodoo, we do our utmost to answer you as quickly as possible. You can contact us by email at or via Facebook or Instagram. Whichever method you choose, don't forget to leave us your contact details! 

Where are our products made ?

All our boots are made in Alicante, the Spanish shoe capital. We work locally. From the last maker to the component suppliers, manufacturers and even the entire Oodoo team, we're all in the same area and we have everything to hand. Last but not least, this proximity allows us to track and control everything, from A to Z.

Where do our materials come from ?

We could almost have produced 100% locally since our upcycled tyre soles come straight from the RMD recycling centre in Spain (the León region). But for our leathers, we had to go a little further, to our French and Italian colleagues. You simply can’t find better leather elsewhere when it comes to nappa, vegetable-tanned leather or box calf. It’s a must and it’s a must for high-quality boots.

What are we doing to reduce our environmental footprint?

We’re aware that there’s a lot to be done and it’s not always easy, but we’re doing our best to minimise our energy expenditure. Firstly, we upcycle tyres for our soles, so there’s no waste or unnecessary development, and we use a raw material that’s recycled rather than thrown away. Secondly, our economic model, which is based on pre-ordering, is comparatively virtuous in that we have no stock to manufacture or handle, and there’s no middleman.
