Do you want to change the model, version or size? No problem, you can do it until the end of the sales period. Simply contact our customer service team by email at hello@oodoo-boots.com with your order number to hand.

Please note that if the package is already on its way, you’ll have to return the product..

This can happen and if it’s from us, our teams will have informed you beforehand by email. If they haven’t, contact us at  hello@oodoo-boots.com and we’ll help you look for it.

It takes between 30 and 40 working days after confirmation of your order.

You can track your return in your ‘My Account’ area. Give us a couple of weeks to process your exchange. If it’s taking a while, contact us at hello@oodoo-boots.com.

The model, colour or size aren’t what you expected. Don’t worry, you have 14 days from receipt to fill in this form and send the item(s) back to us. You can return your item(s) to us free of charge, and we’ll also take care of returning your new item(s). Please note that as we don’t have any stock, it takes us around 15 days to make a new pair. In case we can’t make a new pair due to lack of materials or other reasons, we’ll give you a refund.

With 100% handcrafted production, you may also encounter minor flaws, despite our extremely rigorous checks. If this is the case, please contact our customer service team athello@oodoo-boots.com

Your purchase is not what you were expecting and you want a refund. Please note that you have 14 days after receipt of your order to return your item(s) for a refund, and it takes around 14 days to receive the refund (which will be made via the payment method chosen for your order). You’ll receive an email when the refund has been processed. Stained, worn or damaged items cannot be returned.
